1. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. For higher standard rooms (e.g., Twin Superior), we offer an extended hotel day. If you plan to arrive earlier or leave later, please contact the reception.
2. Does the hotel have a parking lot for guests?
Yes, there are two hotel parking lots in front of the building, as well as a free public parking lot. Please note that we do not have an underground parking garage.
3. Can I bring my dog/pet?
Of course! Pets are very welcome at our hotel, and their stay is free of charge. We kindly ask you to let us know if you’ll be bringing your pet when making your reservation so that we can prepare your room accordingly.
4. Is breakfast included in the price of the stay?
Yes, with every reservation we offer a rich and varied breakfast, prepared with the highest quality local products. Breakfast is served daily in our hotel restaurant, ensuring the perfect start to the day for our guests.
5. How do I use the wellness zone and Ganbanyoku sauna?
Our boutique wellness zone, including the unique Japanese Ganbanyoku rock sauna, is at your disposal. To ensure every guest maximum privacy and full relaxation, sessions are booked for specific times. We encourage you to book your treatments in advance.
6. How far is Impresja from the Spa Park and main attractions?
Impresja Art Resort boasts one of the best locations in Duszniki-Zdrój. We are located in the immediate vicinity of the Spa Park, which means that a walk to the famous Chopin Manor or the Mineral Water Pump Room takes literally just a few minutes.
