  • Extension of stay – please contact the reception by 10:00 AM.
  • The local tourist tax is payable in cash upon check-in.
  • The reception is open 24/7.
  • The hotel bar is open 24/7.

AMENITIES

  • Free Wi-Fi. Password: Impresja.
  • Storage room for bicycles, skis, and sleds – the key is available at the reception.
  • An iron and ironing board are available on each floor.

BREAKFAST AND MEALS

  • Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
  • Snacks and desserts are available at the hotel bar.

COMFORT AND QUIET HOURS

  • Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Room cleaning is available upon request. Please report your cleaning request to the reception.

SAFETY AND SECURITY

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire hotel premises and on the balconies. Non-compliance will result in a fine of 500 PLN.
  • For fire safety reasons, the use of private heating and electrical appliances (except for phones, computers, and tablets) is prohibited.
  • Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of hotel property caused by their fault or the fault of their visitors. Please report any damage immediately to the reception.
  • In case the door lock gets stuck, please push the inside door handle all the way down.
