Frequently asked questions
1. Can I cancel a selected SPA treatment or one dinner to lower the package price?
Package offers are designed as an integrated whole, which allows us to offer a much more favorable price than buying accommodation, meals, and treatments separately. For this reason, not using any element of the package (e.g., skipping a meal or canceling a massage) does not reduce its price or result in a refund. If you value high flexibility, we recommend booking just the bed and breakfast and selecting additional services on-site.
2. Are drinks during dinner included in the package price?
The price of dinner served as part of the packages includes water (still/sparkling). Other cold drinks, juices, coffee, tea, and alcohol (including wines from our list) are subject to an additional charge on-site. Naturally, during morning breakfasts, all hot and cold drinks from the buffet are completely unlimited and included in the price of your stay.
3. I want to buy a package as a gift for my parents. Can you issue an open-date voucher?
Yes, this is a very popular solution! We can prepare an elegant, personalized voucher for any of our packages (e.g., for a wedding anniversary). The voucher usually has a long validity period (e.g., 6 months), and the recipients contact our reception themselves to choose and book a convenient arrival date.
