Frequently Asked Questions
1. What time does the hotel day start and end?
The hotel day at our resort begins at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 AM on the day of departure. If you plan to arrive earlier or would like a longer morning on your departure day, please contact our reception. Subject to room availability, we always try to accommodate our Guests’ needs (early check-in or late check-out may involve an additional fee). Tip: in some of our stay packages (e.g., the SPA Package), late check-out is included as standard!
2. Can I bring my dog? Are pets allowed in every room?
Yes, we are a pet-friendly hotel, and your four-legged companion is more than welcome! We’ve even prepared a special stay package called “Paws in the Mountains.”
For organizational purposes, we kindly ask that you let us know you’ll be bringing your dog when making your reservation so that we can prepare your room accordingly. To ensure the comfort of all our guests, we ask that dogs be kept on a leash in all public areas of the hotel. There are no additional charges for bringing your pet.
3. Is it possible to add an extra bed or a baby cot to the rooms?
The vast majority of our rooms are spacious enough that we can easily prepare a comfortable extra bed for an additional adult or older child. For our youngest Guests (up to 3 years old), we will gladly provide a travel cot with clean bedding to the room free of charge. However, because some of our more intimate boutique rooms have limited space, we kindly request that you inform us of the need for an extra bed or cot at the time of booking – this will allow us to select the perfect, adequately sized room for you.
